Launched at the beginning of 2022, Wildlife Welcome is here to provide keen gardeners with solutions for attracting a range of wildlife into the garden such as bees, hoverflies and moths.
For each type of wildlife, we have written our ultimate guide for attracting them. But we have also written plenty of small FAQ-style articles covering a range of questions we get about wildlife. If you have a question yourself that you feel needs answering ASAP then do let us know.

Richie Alston is a veteran gardener with decades of experience in gardening for nature. He loves planting for pollinators and encouraging as much wildlife into his garden as possible.
Where Should I Start?
The first thing you need to decide is what wildlife you’re trying to attract. The Wildlife Welcome site is categorised into different wildlife to make it easy to find what you’re looking for. We’re constantly expanding the wildlife we have covered here.
You can see the list of wildlife in the drop-down menu or you can use the search bars throughout the site to search for a particular bug or animal.
We are always growing so if we don’t cover particular wildlife currently then just be patient as it won’t be long before it shows up.
